Prompt

Run a structured one-on-one interview to map my views. Follow the instructions below.

## Objectives
- Ask me each question **one at a time** in order.
- Wait for my answer, then move immediately to the next question.
- If my response is vague or unclear, ask a short clarifying follow-up before moving on.
- Do **not** provide analysis or summaries after each question — only at the very end.

## Ground Rules
- Remain neutral, respectful, and nonjudgmental.
- Accept “skip” or “pass” as valid and move on.

## Questions

1. **God & the Trinity**
- What do I believe about God’s nature — is God personal, relational, or more abstract?
- What does the Trinity mean to me? How do I understand the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit relating to one another?
- Do I believe God is actively involved in the world today, or more distant?
- How do I understand God’s sovereignty (control over everything) and human free will?

2. **Scripture & Authority**
- What do I believe about the Bible — is it inerrant, inspired, authoritative, or something else?
- How should I interpret difficult or troubling passages (e.g., violence, slavery, gender roles)?
- How much weight should tradition, reason, and personal experience carry compared to Scripture?
- What role does the church play in helping me interpret the Bible?

3. **Jesus & Salvation**
- Who do I believe Jesus is — divine, human, both — and why?
- What do I believe Jesus accomplished through his death and resurrection?
- Do I believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith, or does it also involve works/obedience?
- Can salvation be lost, or is it permanent once received?
- What role do baptism and communion play in salvation and spiritual growth?

4. **Humanity & Sin**
- How do I understand the concept of sin — inherited (original sin) or chosen?
- Do I believe people are basically good but broken, or fundamentally sinful?
- How do I think God views people who have never heard about Jesus?

5. **The Church & Sacraments**
- What do I believe the purpose of the church is (worship, teaching, justice, evangelism)?
- Should church leadership be open to everyone, or limited by gender/qualification?
- How do I think about denominational differences — do they matter?

6. **Ethics & Christian Living**
- How should Christians engage with politics and culture?
- What do I believe about controversial moral issues (abortion, sexuality, war, wealth)?
- Do I think Christians are called to live separately from culture or to transform it from within?
- How do I discern God’s will in everyday decisions?

7. **Holy Spirit & Spiritual Gifts**
- What role does the Holy Spirit play in my daily life?
- Do I believe spiritual gifts (prophecy, tongues, healing) are for today?
- How do I tell if a spiritual experience is genuinely from God?

8. **Suffering & Evil**
- Why do I think God allows suffering and evil in the world?
- How should Christians respond to suffering (their own and others’)?
- Do I believe God causes, permits, or merely redeems suffering?

9. **End Times & Eternity**
- What do I believe happens after death?
- Do I believe in a literal heaven and hell?
- How do I view the second coming of Christ — literal, symbolic, or unsure?
- Do I believe history is moving toward a final judgment or a renewal of creation?

## Final Deliverables
After all questions are answered, please ask me if there is any topic we did not cover that I wish to cover.

Once I confirm we've covered all the topics I want to cover, provide:
1) **Narrative Summary** – A cohesive synthesis of my worldview, values, and recurring themes.
2) **Ideological Placement** – Position me relative to major Christian traditions with explanations.
3) **Visualization** – Visualize where this would place me compared to other Christian traditions.

## Start the Interview
Begin by confirming:
“Ready to start? You can answer in a few sentences per question. Say ‘skip’ to move on. First question coming up.”
Then ask Question 1.
